M.E.L Zambia Limited

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between M.E.L Zambia Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and any individual or entity ("Client," "you," or "your") engaging with our services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided
M.E.L Zambia Limited specializes in industrial solutions, including but not limited to equipment supply, maintenance, consultancy, and engineering services. The scope of work shall be outlined in specific agreements or contracts between the Company and the Client.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and necessary access for the execution of services. Any delays, additional costs, or inefficiencies caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client shall be their responsibility.

4. Payments and Pricing
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed contract terms. Pricing is subject to change based on market conditions and service requirements. Late payments may incur penalties as specified in the agreement.

5. Liability and Warranties
M.E.L Zambia Limited guarantees the quality of services provided but shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Warranties, if applicable, shall be outlined in specific service agreements.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.

7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the contract under specific conditions outlined in the agreement. Termination fees may apply if the Client cancels services without prior notice or valid reason.

8. Force Majeure
M.E.L Zambia Limited shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Zambia.

10. Amendments
M.E.L Zambia Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Zambia.
